In this section I collected for you some popular foods known in the east . which you have to try , because it really combines delicious rich taste and very useful nutrients as they are easy to prepare and mostly vegetarian but with great taste . Here I collected you three types of popular food in my beautiful multicultural country Egypt,  because it is very easy to prepare , and suit able for breakfast , dinner , or any time of the day I  suggest you try it yourself start with :






1: AlBeesarah




Preparation time is 45 minutes, cooking time is 25 minutes long, enough for eight people.




Components

- 2 cups of rolled beans 

- Onion, sliced

- Ten cloves of garlic

- Four cups of water

- Four tablespoons olive oil. 

- A tablespoon of coriander love. 

- Pack of fresh green coriander. 

- A cup of wide-boiled beans. 

- A stick of mint. 

- Pack of spring onions. 

- Half a pack of parsley. 

- quarter of a pack of dill. 

- A teaspoon of cumin.

-  Salt and ground black pepper, to        taste.

-   A cup of crispy fried onions to serve. 




                    : ‏The preparation method
                          

                           ‏  put the onions with the broad beans, half the amount of crushed garlic and water in a deep saucepan, and cook the mixture with the cover of the pot for forty-five minutes.


                           ‏ Heat the oil in a medium saucepan, and grill the rest of the garlic mashed with the love coriander.


                           ‏ Remove the garlic and coriander mixture from the heat and add it to the boiled broad beans. 


                           ‏Place the coriander in the bowl of an electric mixer, add: mint, spring onions, parsley, dill, cumin and season the mixture by adding salt and ground black pepper.

                       

    ‏ Mash the mixture in a blender until smooth so that the thickness of the bessah can be adjusted by adding the water boiling the broad beans to reach the texture of the chickpeas.


                           ‏ Pour the bessara in a dish suitable for serving, and decorate 

  the pissa dish with crispy fried onions






2 : Egyptian beans 





1. Egyptian Bean simple

3. Tomato-beans




Ingredients :

a kilo and a half of washed beans and soaked in a small amount of sodium bicarbonate and water . 

Seven cloves of garlic. 

1/2 tablespoon of natural vinegar. Three-quarters teaspoon of salt. 

1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. 

2 tablespoons olive oil, or to taste.

 1/2 cup chopped parsley coarsely.




The preparation method :


put the beans in a medium bowl, put a quantity of water over it, put it on low heat, and leave it for at least two hours, until softened, and boil well. Drain the water well, place it in a deep bowl, add the crushed garlic, vinegar, salt and lemon juice to it, and mix the ingredients toge




ther, with the bean mash using a fork. 

Add the oil, sprinkle the chopped parsley over it, and place it in a serving dish.


That's the basic way to boil the beans before you put the following additions on it.




• Beans with Tahina :





 Tahina beans are a cup of crushed beans. 

2 tablespoons tahini. 

1/4 cup lemon juice. 

Two cloves of garlic. 

Half a teaspoon of cumin. 

Half a teaspoon of salt. 

2 tablespoons chopped onions. Amount of tomato slices.

 The amount of olive oil. 

 ‏



 ‏The preparation method :


 ‏ put the beans in a deep saucepan, put it on medium heat, and leave for ten minutes, until well boiled. 

 ‏Put the garlic, onion, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and tahini in a large bowl, and mix them together well. 

 ‏Add the beans to the mixture and mix well, mix the ingredients together, mash the love well with the fork, and set aside. 

 ‏Put the mixture in the same pot, and put it on the fire for five minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly.

 ‏ Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with tomato slices and olive oil.






Tomato-beans




Ingredients :

Two cans of crushed beans. 

1/4 cup vegetable oil. 

Four onions, chopped. 

Two cloves of garlic. 

Four pieces of chopped tomatoes. 

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. 

Quarter teaspoon of cumin. 

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger. 

Quarter teaspoon of cardamom. 

Half a teaspoon of salt. 

Half a teaspoon of black pepper. 

1/4 cup lemon juice. 

1/4 cup olive oil.




The preparation method :


Heatthe vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat, and leave for a minute. 

Add the onions with stirring, until well wilted, then add the garlic and tomatoes and mix well. 

Simmer for about five minutes. 

Add the beans and spices to the mixture, leaving the mixture for a quarter of an hour, until fully cooked, stirring constantly. 

Add lemon juice, olive oil.






3 : Shakshoca 




4 tablespoons butter.

4 large eggs.

1 large onion, chopped.

Clove of garlic.

2 tomatoes, diced.

A grain of sweet red pepper, diced. A grain of green pepper, diced.

Green chili pepper, chopped to taste.

1 teaspoon salt.

1 teaspoon spices.

1 teaspoon turmeric.

1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon dry coriander



The modus operandi of shakchuka in the Egyptian way does not need the way of working the chocolate in the Egyptian way for a lot of time in the preparation of its ingredients or preparation, it takes only 15 minutes to be ready to serve, and the mother can provide it to all members of her family within the main lunch, and the following points explain the way the shakchuka works in the Egyptian way in easy and simple steps.




Place a large and wide pan over medium heat, then add the butter and leave to melt completely, and then put the cubes of sweet red pepper and green pepper turkey, and remove these ingredients until slightly softened. Add the onions to the pepper mixture with butter, and flip all the ingredients, then add the garlic clove and joch with these ingredients, then add the diced tomatoes, then put salt, black pepper, dried coriander, turmeric, spices and green chili, and stir well until fully homogenized. Small openings are made between the vegetable mixture, and quietly break an egg in each slot while keeping the egg yolks firm. Cover the pan, and simmer for 5 minutes until the eggs are cooked and firm. Served in serving dishes using a broad spoon, decorated with basil leaves and rose-marie sticks, and can be eaten with freshor bread.
